It is funny where you can find beauty.  I love photographing weddings.  I get to see love at all stages.  The parents and grandparents in their relationships as well as the bride and groom.  The triangle is a great place to live because there are so many different beautiful places to get married.  But there is beauty in the dark sections as well.  The little nooks that you would not normally go.  I do not know why I feel the need to justify my love of the textures I found in this run down parking garage in Durham.  It just draws me in.  I promises, my next post will be of something traditionally beautiful.  :)

I have a wedding today.  It is a beautiful day for a wedding too; but while I was eating breakfast, I had an idea.  This apple was sitting in front of me and thought, that kind of looks like a solar system.  I pointed it out to Rich but he thought I was being silly.  So, I took it up stairs and photographed it to prove it to him.  I believe I was correct.  The skin of the apple looks like it is covered in stars.  What do you think?

On Sunday I had a photo shoot with baby Sydney.  Rich found it amusing to tell everyone that I was shooting a baby (silly boys).  Sydney has just hit the 3 month mark.  She was a very good baby and tolerated a lot of outfit changes.  But by the end of the session she was wiped out.  I have a lot of photos of her smiling but she looks so darn cute in the bunny hat I had to post those too.  Her bis brother wanted to get in the shoot, so I took one of him too.

This past Saturday was my first wedding of the season.  Some churches have very strict rules about photographing during a ceremony.  This church was one of them.  They did have these very cute windows in the shape of a cross that I could photograph through though.  I was very happy with how cute it turned out.
