This is truly one of the silliest photos I have ever taken.  I just had to share it with you.

Sunday I got to photograph 3 beautiful little girls.  Charlotte and Lucie have been friends for 2 years now.  They are two of the most wonderful little people I know.  Lucie (the younger sister) had a little spill in the pond at Duke Gardens.  She is a good little swimmer so all that happened was that she got a little soggy.  

I also had the privilege of photographing Sydney for her 6 month portraits.

When we were down in Florida we went to the St Augustine lighthouse so I could take a few photos. 

But this is the reason I went.  I wanted to to take this photograph.

 Memorial Day weekend was the weekend that the Dirty South Regionals were held in Jacksonville, FL.  This year they have a Masters catagory.  The man in the photo below is named Dan.  He also competed in the Carolina Challenge that I photographed last year.  

I had a few friends competing in this event.  CrossFit Local (from Chapel Hill) is comprized of a group of my friends.  They actually game in third and will be headed to the game in LA. 

Ashley is a friend and trainer at CrossFit Durham.  She competed in the individual event and placed well.  I am particularly proud of her for getting her first ever muscle-up at the games.  This is a shot of said muscle-up.

 This guy was crazy badass.  He fell and got a very nasty head wound.  He did not let that stop him though; he taped hi shirt to his head to stopp the bleeding and then finished the WOD.
