I have decided to start a blog about my photography because there are so many cool things going on that I want to share with everyone.  I will start with my trip to the Asheboro Zoo on Saturday.  My wonderful and patient friend, Melinda, came with me.  She was awesome about letting me wait for the elephant to turn around (I was only getting butt shots for quite some time).  I think it is safe to say that this was my favorite shot of the day though:
